As a vital component to improve communication, trust and collaboration skills among people, outdoor team-building activities help reduce stress and provide an opportunity for members to get to know one another outside of their usual roles. Our Team Glean can help your team come together for a positive and invigorating activity while building relationships and helping to change the lives of our most vulnerable community members. Together we can cultivate good health and community and to support environmental sustainability by rescuing locally-grown food and sharing with those in need.

Team Glean Experience Offerings:

• Down + Dirty: Just the glean, followed by a fun team circle activity and glass of homemade refreshment for all! (team pricing available upon request)

• Hangout: After the glean, enjoy a wine tasting with charcuterie & cheese and a parting gift of a bottle of wine for each member of your team. ($9,000 for up to 20 people, $6,500 is tax deductible, bigger team pricing available upon request)

• Make It Last: After the glean, sit down for an al fresco 4-course meal paired with 5 wines and leave with a parting gift of a bottle of wine or a farm box of produce for everyone. ($11,000 for up to 20 people, $6,000 is tax deductible, bigger team pricing available upon request)

The duration of the glean is about 3 hours of harvesting with various add-on options. Delivering your harvest to one of our partner organizations to see the results of your labor go to those in need is also an option if your timing allows.
