Flower Arranging At Haystack Farm
Welcome to Haystack Farm! We are a philanthropic flower and veggie farm with a focus towards biodynamic farming practices. We donate roughly 97% of our organic produce and flowers back into the community! Our flower classes are held seasonally and intended to add dignity to the process of receiving food aid. When you come to our bouquet workshops you will learn about flower varieties, growing practices and tricks and techniques to make each arrangement really lovely. Olivia is our resident floral designer and will be there to not only teach you how to make a bouquet, but be there throughout the class to answer any questions and give helpful advice as to how to use the seasonal flowers we grow on the property. Once class finishes, all of the bouquets are wrapped and donated alongside fresh produce that is gleaned with Farm to Pantry volunteers. This bounty is delivered to partner locations across the Sonoma Valley. The final step before leaving is to make a bouquet for yourself as a token of thanks for volunteering with us all.
